Public users can access any Public Webdoxx document for which they have the relevant URL. Public users can test the service by uploading and converting small PDF files, for immediate viewing with converted files available for up to 7 days. Files converted are Public, so anyone provided with the relevant URL can access the document. See the Features page for more details on the functionality available. To create Private files users need to Register and optionally subscribe to the Webdoxx service - see further, below |
| SELF-REGISTERED |
Users who opt to Register via the Registration page, can also upload and convert small PDF files, for immediate viewing, with converted files and service access available for up to 90 days initially. In addition, self-registered users can use the LOGIN menu and FILES menu to view and manage their files. Files converted are Public, so anyone provided with the relevant URL can access the document. Self-registered users can convert to have access to all features, including creating private access files, by subscribing to the Webdoxx service |
| PUBLISHER-REGISTERED |
Publishers who register their own users provide access to their own documents for these users. For Private-access documents these users will only be able to view a publisher's document if they have been given access to the usergroup(s) that the publisher has enabled for that document. Publisher-registered users who wish to use the service for their own documents need to register separately via the Registration form and become subscribers to the Webdoxx service |
| SUBSCRIBERS |
Subscribers are registered users who have also subscribed to the Webdoxx service. The full range of facilities are then available to these users, with details as listed on the Pricing & Subscriptions page, together with any additional features provided as part of a tailored service |
