Special facilities are available to handle multiple or concurrent logins from a single username
Manual or Auto-login
Users wishing to access the secured file can be provided with their own username and password in order to access your secured files, or can be provided with a common (shared) username and password, and/or can be logged in automatically via an augmented URL (optionally encrypted) or IPAddress
Page security
The access page for each document includes additional default security controls, including no printing, no right mouse clicking, no downloading and no text selection. Bespoke page formats and toolbar icons can be provided, for example providing re-direction to a separate website on logout, a Home page icon, or a Print icon
Download of converted filesets
Converted files may be displayed in a variety of selectable formats. In addition, for selected corporate and enterprise service subscribers converted filesets may be downloaded for hosting on our Webdoxx managed services or batch converted by our team for display on our Webdoxx sites within a privately controlled section of the service

Open Access Display
You can specify that secured PDFs hosted by us to be made available for open access (public) viewing. Links are provided to you that you can publicize. This means that anyone provided with the relevant link to that document can view it without having to register with our service, login or or make any other service commitment
Embedded Access Display
